No service and only excuses

<p>We keep being disconnected from the port and get told over and over we must wait 7 to 10 days for someone to fix the issue....every month we get disconnected and the problem persists and we then get told to wait again when we get disconnected the second and third time in ONE month.....paying for a service we maybe have for a week! It's been a year like this with the same issue and nothing is being done about it. Either someone sorts this **** out or I will take my problem to a lawyer and have them sort out the problem, we are paying for a service that is taking our money every month and we just get excuses</p>
