No service and has no customer care

Fibre not working for 2 days, technical call centre doesn’t not answer call. I have been on hold for more than 4 hours in 4 call. The sales agent is rude doesn’t want to put me thru to his manager. He transfers me back to the same technical call centre that make me wait for n hour on. Call and hang -up instead.

I want my money back and change a service provider
