No service

I need to cancel an account of my dad who passed away in October, but I cannot get through to a human on the other side. I am holding and wasting my airtime. Well, his bank account is frozen, so you will just not get your money. Maybe if you have to chase money, someone will wake up. I will put YOU on hold for hours!!! I tried to cancel online, but I am not allowed to. Says I should phone the service centre.
