No service
<p>For weeks now I have this non stop open line with mweb trying to get my 6mb adsl line to work freely. I pay nearly 1k a month for a service that does not work. Surely I'm entitled to a refund as are the 100s of similar mweb clients are now realize have a similar problem. We are not technologists and can be told anything that gives a reason why it does not work. Bottom line is it's all bs. If you have too many subscribers best to upgrade your system to meet the demand. "He who wants everything will lose everything "</p>

Thanks for following this up. The problem has not gone away. Could it not be that I have a 8mb line and 6mb package with mweb and that this causes the inconsistency in syncing?
