No service

<p>So its been n few months that mweb cannot sort out my line issues . You would think as a premium customer they would try to put some effort in providing quality service but in my case none at all . More than 5 call backs send in more than a week and yet no replies .Today i cannot even open youtube videos and this complaint is coming from a while back , 20kbps dowloading speed and 43kbps uploading .............. What will it take to get service from MWEB ?</p>
