No Sense of urgency to attend to customers complaints.

Wouldn't recommend these guys(MWeb) to anyone who needs reliable internet connection and to someone who takes customer service as a priority. Their sense of urgency to attend to customers' queries, complaints or even the service is very poor. And then there is their technical support call centre where you have to wait at least 25 minutes before it gets answered with no help still.

If you don't want to be frustrated by the internet connection and bad service, I suggest you look somewhere than MWeb. I stayed without connection for almost 10 days even now having had numerous emails and calls of pleading to have connectivity issues sorted out but nothing until today. This was my complaint number they gave me MWB***8, I don't know for what because it never helped. They have lost a customer in me and I told them that. They are very good at selling their product with numerous calls BUT very bad at servicing it's once sold to you.
