No Router but money being deducted

Still did not receive a router, but hey.... money deducted from my account, after i specifically mentioned that i only need the service as from end of Jan 2023. Holding on forever when trying to call. They were supposed to call me back... still waiting. I am not sure if i want to continue with this contract.... if it starts off like this, i see a dark future with them.
