No results after a month
I have logged several calls to MWEB. Fault no *** which was closed and now fault *** for the same problem. I have made numerous calls to MWEB technical help line and they keep on referring the calls to their technical specialists but my problem has not been solve. in fact it is now worse as I am not getting any emails. I had good service in the past but this time it is not good at al.
