No response with a business system down

I have a business server that's been down ALL day and they where notified in the beginning of the day. I called many times, and most times their 24/7 help desk does NOT respond, got through once today after 5 hours and the guy on other side could not tell me anything. Businesses be careful you will not receive serve from MWEB/Internet Solution.
