No response to query sent on 22 January or to numerous follow up emails

<p>On the 22 January 2017 I emailed Webhosting for assistance with my website that is hosetd by Mweb. I received no response. On the 26th January I followed up with them as well as with Technical Department. No response at all, I followed up again on the 2 Feb, the 18th Feb and 22 Feb, the last 2 emails included the complaints department and the Operations Director.</p> <p> </p> <p>I still have no response from any staff member at Mweb.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service is shocking to say the least and their follow up regarding client queires is non existant.</p>
