NO RESPONSE TO QUERIES
How the **** does these people continue to work and not respond to customer queries. I sent a query via my account portal on the Monday 18 May 2020, 12:28PM. It's Thursday 21st May 2020 afternoon and I still have NO ****ING RESPONSE from them.
I thus ask myself this question, who do I speak to about the FINE ART OF GIVING A ****!
