NO RESPONSE TO LOGGED QUERY

All guns blazing, bragging about this new app etc etc. All excited here and everything, downloaded the app and noticed that you can log a query through the app. This makes things much easier and simpler and then you dont have to wait for someone to answer the phone eventually. WELL this means nothing if you do not pay attention to it... if you do not then this means nothing at all. Still waiting for any response whatsoever about my fibre/query that I have logged on the app....Dont brag about the new app and its functions etc if you do not pay attention to what has been logged through the app.
