No response, terrible service

MWEB'S account people is just terrible. You spend 30Min on a call wasting airtime with no reply at all. Then you call again and still no answer. They are quick to switch you off with no notice or any call but when you try and resolve the issue they don't answer. Consider my account with you cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
