No response regarding change of address

I was told a few weeks ago that should I move house I must mail *** and they will revert back to me. I did this on Sunday 11th October 2020. I received an automated response to say that they will contact me within 24 to 48 hours. It has nearly been 72 hours and still no response. I decided to give mweb a call just to follow up as to why they havent contacted me yet. I was put through to four different people explaining the samr thing and the last person left me hanging. I spent 30 minutes on a call without knowing where to from here. I am highly disappointed in their lack of service and strongly feel that I will switch internet providers as my 12 month contract expired and I am now on a month to month.
