No Response or resolution to fault
I am unable to upload pictures to my website hosted by mweb. Two reference numbers have been allocated to my queries ie *** & ***. I received a response to my query under ref *** from Dean Simonse advising that the problem had been sorted, but my reply that the problem has NOT been resolved has not received any reply for two days, this despite a further email to them asking when this will be resolved, as I am incurring loss of business. It has been EIGHT DAYS since I raised this query with them.
