No Response, no contact method

Having to wait a week for a response for a simple sales query I have decided to cancel my other accounts with Mweb - Only to my surprise that their phone lines or accounts and billing extension doesn't work. Contacted them on Facebook messenger only to get a response a day later and then never again. Mweb used to be great with their service, what a shame
