No response MWEB
I ordered a simcard from Mweb for 2 gig of data for only R99 a month. I received a Cell C simcard. Nobody asked me what simcard I would have liked. Knowing out of experience that there is no reception for Cell C in my area.I spoke to Lennin and ge said that he could give me a Vodacom simcard for R109 to which I agreed. Up untill now I have not received any simcard and will be billed for Internet I could not use. So dissapointed in their Service. Now I still have no Internet at home but will pay Mweb for not using any data. Totally unexceptable.
