No response from Mweb regarding phishing emails

To avoid online ***** etc. Mweb encourages subscribers to send examples to their email "***" As such I sent on 16/09/2019 an obvious phishing email with an attachment showing their logo, as the source of the emal was from Australia. Having not received an acknowledgement, I then sent another email requesting that they do so. As of today I have still not received a response
