NO RESPONSE FROM MWEB

My husband Lawrence Mandich has had no success in getting his e mails. for the last 3 months since July 2025, He tried to phone them several time only to be put on hold for over 1 hours only to be cut off because airtime ran out. He left a message for them to phone back only to be cut off again. Eventually he left messages again and for them to contact him and a very nice gentleman named Anvor February helped him. He started receiving emails again on the 31st October 2025 which was great until today 6 November 2025 and no emails again.

Please we need some response or help from M.Web otherwise we will be cancelling our service.
