No response from Mweb as always... upgrade stays as pending.... :(

Have submitted fibre line upgrade on 30 May. Still waiting for Mweb to process this. Have phoned multiple times, and still nothing. I then spoke to Evotel, the fibre provider, and Mweb have never submitted the request, yet Mweb shows that the request was submitted 30 May. Reference X***. Should I rather move to another provider? Also why does it show that the line should be canceled end of this month. Pathetic service Mweb!!!
