No response from mweb

I had ordered a month to month LTE package in February 2023 and my router has not been delivered. I had reversed the debit orders as I do not have a product to pay for. I have tried to contact them numerous times to no avail.

I have recently received a notification from mweb that my account is being submitted to the credit bureau.

I have now been blacklisted because I refuse to pay for a service that I am not getting.

I still have not go hold of mweb and they have not made any attempt to contact me. I do not know what to do now.
