No response from MWEB

I tried calling these people 4 times on the 23/03 and twice on the 24/03 to ask about their specials they advertise on the internet and Facebook as I need to a new internet service provider, no answer to any of my calls. I was asked to leave my details for an agent to call me back which i have done 5 times already...no joy, besides they advertise a special for uncapped wifi for R399 PM | Free Router & Setup‎ and they dont have the option to choose this on the website? is this false advertising just to attract customers? and has the corona virus affected the customer service at some companies in this country?
