No response for help

I am wanting to change some of my products with MWEB, so I started off by using the queries facility on their platform - I have been a customer of theirs for at least 30 years, and have previously used the platform with reasonable success - this time, no response to my 1st, 2nd or 3rd request.

I then downloaded their app onto my cell phone, but that was of no more use than using my computer.

I then tried contacting them telephonically, and I remained number 3 for around 15 mins - for all three attempts.

I then tried accessing their help department through Facebook, at least I got a response saying that someone would help me ASAP - this was 3 days ago. I really dont know how else to get help from them??
