NO REPLY FROM TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Mweb used to have an email address for their tech support. All email addresses have been removed from their website and one is forced to phone the support numbers. Even the supposed link to lodge a support ticket which they advertise whilst you endlessly hold on does not exist!! Today I held on for a solid half hour, constantly hearing that Im number ONE in the queue - only to eventually run out of airtime! Really - a half an hour being number one?? All I want is an email address to log a support ticket to get into my control panel which has suddenly disappeared!! MWEB YOUR SERVICE CONTINUES TO BE DISGUSTING.
