NO REFUNDS

I am awaiting a refund since the 15th of December. I was assured telephonically that the funds would be returned to me within 7 days and still to date nothing. I keep calling and all I get told is that the matter was sent to Vuma and it is being escalated. Every agent I speak to escalates it again. It is just becoming ridiculous now. Every month you keep deducting my premium but you cannot return what is due to me. I am tired of phoning just to be told that it is being escalated. I have stopped receiving a response on my online queries which is highly unprofessional. I am disgusted at the lack of interest you have in your customers.
