No one can fix my email issue

its been 1 week since my email has stopped working and no one can fix it, simply as no one wants to own this problem and solve it for me. Everyone passes the buck, simply by sending me to technical and then to the billing department, I am so frustrated at the moment as it is a business email address.( ref number ********** )
