No one answers there phones

I held on for ages trying to sign up with with Mweb. I than get an option to leave my number and I do so, after 3 attempts the computer finally gets my number right and 3 hours later I have not heard from them. I than phone them again and same thing, wait 10 min, eventually try and save my number for someone to call me back and the computer keeps getting it wrong!!!!!! I wonder if they want my business.
