No notification of renewal on a 24 month contract, billing since expiry in 2015 on an inactive sim

When I signed up your L Adams explained to me that the contract would expire after 24 months on number ********** 586. The contract was initiated in 2013, and would have expired in 2015. During this time I was working abroad, with no access to the specified bank account as my phone had been ****** and I could not validate online banking. The account from which MWEB debit was set up so that I could transfer my sister's allowance each month. I have since returned to South Africa, and today I had a replacement card issued and internet banking loaded on my phone (the bank account in question was set up mainly for me to transfer my sister's allowance into). I now see that Mweb have been happily debiting my account, not one effort to contact me to inform me that I was due for "renewal" or that they had noticed the sim was inactive. Your customer service representative who sold me the product, L Adams, in 2013 mislead me to believe that the agreement would terminate after 24 months - this was a specific question I asked in-store (Canal Walk). I am disgusted that no one from MWEB made an effort to contact me, my phone was always on international roaming. No email, no sms, no call. It's R99 a month, but over the course of two years this is R2376 (without interest). Please cancel my contract with immediate effect and provide me with feedback as to why you do not contact your customers when their accounts are up for renewal?
