No network, internet is off , sales rep not done what was asked for

Internet is off ! Fault has been loaded on the Mweb page no response

When joining Mweb I told the sales rep I want my ONT Box replaced because it seems faulty and I asked for it to be moved to a different room he promised it will be done

It was never done Now my internet is off

And my faults aren’t attended to
