No Mweb support
I have been having problems with my email for 2 weeks. I put a complaint on Hellopeter last week and on Thursday Noel called me. I told him the I will be only at the computer on Monday. He promised me that either he or someone else will call me on Monday morning by 8.00 am. It is Wednesday afternoon, still no call and added problems with emails. The support from Mweb is non existent. ***

11 Mar 2026, 19:06Hi. I tried your live chat again today Wednesda 11 March. I started the chat at 1.00 pm, by 7. 06 pm no one has rep**** on the live chat. I sent a " Hello " at 14.32 no response, again at 18.27, still no response.
I tried calling in for help again today. I called at 4.30 pm, by 19.03pm, 2 hours and 33 minutes later, no one took th call, even though I was caller number one for more than an hour. I had to give up on holding.
Mweb must really get their act together. They are the worst.
