no its not MWEB its Telkom
My ADSL line speed just dropped last week. Contact Mweb it's running on 2meg from Telkom side... they (mweb) will investigate. Telkom just called, mweb only contracted telkom on my behalf for 2meg, thus Telkom cannot switch it to 10meg ... called MWEB no its not their fault, its TELKOM.<br> <br> FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, I pay Mweb to look after the line for 10MEG... can I get my 10meg speed and not be caught in the middle of they said, we said ...<br> <br> AND its NOBODIES FAULT .. and meanwhile your customer cant even stream BBC news on the 2meg speed.
