No Internet/No contact

My internet has been down now for 4 days. No word from Mweb, whether there is service issues! This is ridiculous. Having to pay for something you can't use! Tried calling in and you must wait on a SMS pin, which never comes. Why can't they just put your through without a pin. I tried logging a call on the net and also keeps giving error messages.
