No internet service or customer service

Ordered an LTE package, they delivered the decide within 3 days, it has been a month now and my internet is still not active. I've called, emailed, went through all of the departments, they keep saying I need to reset the device or put the aim in a phone for the sms to come through but nothing works. Nobody seems to want to help me beyond that. Whenever I email, I get the standard "please be patient" reply and then my query gets closer and nothing happens. I honestly don't know what to do anymore.
