14 May 2026, 16:01Hi Natasha,
We understand how frustrating it is when your LTE service suddenly stops working and you’re unable to get through to support after trying multiple channels. Being left without connectivity and assistance can be extremely stressful, and this is not the experience we want for our clients.
We’ve checked the account and don’t see any visible faults or outages on our side at the moment. To help determine where the issue may be, we recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:
While the router is powered on, remove the SIM card and leave it out for 15 seconds, then reinsert it.
Reboot the router and test whether the connection returns.
If the connection is still down, try moving the router to a different spot in the premises, ideally near a window, and test again.
If there’s still no improvement, please place the SIM card into a cellphone, switch on mobile data, and check whether the connection works. This will help determine whether the issue is SIM‑ or router‑related and guide the next steps.
Kindly send us a direct message on Hello Peter with the results of these checks, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
Kind regards,
Mweb Team
