No Internet. No response.

If I could rate my experience with Mweb, I would give it a zero. I loved dealing with this company, but they have seriously dropped the ball. All I wanted to do was to change my address to a fiber-ready house. I was not advised by the app or website that I need to submit a proof of address. I have submitted the required documents, but I still have no internet access. I have been waiting to be connected to an agent for 16 minutes but still no response. I made 2 enquiries (can only make two enquiries) and nothing has been done yet. I submitted my first enquiry last week. When will I have feedback? I am seriously considering switching providers. I enjoyed the service I got before this situation. I work from home, and I require internet. Please can someone contact me or give me some sort of estimate???
