No internet for over two weeks

I have been without internet since the 28th of November, its been over two weeks every 72 hours I am the one that follows up on Mweb regarding any form of feedback, what makes things worse is that I work from home and am paying for a service that I cannot use. At this point I am not sure what to do I am tired.
