NO INTERNET FOR 9 DAYS. I WAS TOLD 7 WORKING DAYS WHICH IS NOW UP.

I keep getting the run around about my internet. Its 7 working days plus 2 Days of the weekend 9 Days no internet all i get is we escalating your problem no proper answers from anyone. Is there anyone in this company that has compassion for thier clients that can give me a proper and solid answer. This is also breach of contract on your side.
