No internet for 3 weeks Fiber

I am literally on the 3rd week without internet due to Vodacom and Mweb not attending my query. I was promised a technician will be here at 8oclock in the morning or 14:00 today and still no one has came through. May I please ask Mweb and Vodacom to come and take their devices of my property immediately. 3 weeks without internet and I am busy purchasing data each day so to do my work from home. I am giving you guys until 16:00 to come and take your equipment off my property by today. Acc ***3
