No internet for 3 days

Mweb has been my service provider for the past 2 years, 3 days ago my fiber line decided to stop working, I called in they advised me that there is an issue with Vodacom as .I was given a reference number and advised that it would be resolved but with no luck .I contacted them yet again and i was told that a technician will be sent to me within 3-6 days .My entire household primarily is depended on the internet and including my workstation, I have been unproductive for the past 3 days due to this, I am not happy about this, and I understand that issues happen but not having internet for 3 days is madness.
