NO INTERNET FOR 2 DAYS AND NO HELP AT ALL

I'm absolutely appalled with the level of service. It's been 2 days without internet some of us have to work from home to make ends meet but no internet and no one seems to be helping the customer care line is useless, no one answers Facebook messages and comments and not even an sms explaining if there's something wrong or an apology. I'm disappointed that we have to beg to get internet and service we paid for.
