No Internet - Extremely Dissatisfied customer

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service fromMweb. Every month , for at least 3 to 4 days I have no internet connection at my home and yet I am making my payments every single month. Yesterday I had to wait for 40 minutes to get to speak to a someone and before I finished explaining my problem, she dropped the call . No one even tried to call me back. I still have no internet connection at my home and i would rather change to a different service provider
