NO Internet

After a failed payment to Mweb- Vumetal account on the 26th I made a eft payment as my account was suspended and we had no internet.

It's been a week of phoning in and that is long awaited phone calls been transferred to different departments from billing to sales and back again. One consultant seemed to know what she was doing as she asked me to send her a POP to an email address but after sending it I received a message that said your matter has been escalated and there is no need to call in again !

It has been a week and still no INTERNET connection.
