No internet connection, yet I'm expected to pay.

The service I'm getting from Mweb is really bad.. Been struggling with internet for over two months now with solutions I was told it's the Telkom tower which will take - +3 months to fix, I was offered MTN Sim, it's been 2 weeks since I've r the MTN Sim.. And it's also not working I still don't have internet connection,,,, yet I'm expected to pay for the service which has no connection... This is bad service at its best... Paying for internet that doesn't work 😢😢
