No internet connection for a week

Mweb account ***6 - Had no internet connection since last week Saturday, tried calling everyday thereafter where i hold for over 30 minutes then get call dropped saying agent will call after 15min. Live chat also same story, saying agent will call back till Wednesday only when an agent chat....saying we must reboot the system thereafter after our troubleshooting he say there is outages - kanjani when my area is not listed on outages....then he left the chat.
