No internet connection

Wow mweb so so verry disappointed in them, been a long time customer and when it comes to payment they are verry quick but when you have a problem with internet connection you simply can not get ahold of them, my internet been off since yesterday and i have been trying to get ahold of them but all there channels been offline, very *** costumer service.
