no internet connection
For 2 days no internet/e-mail connection. Busy time of month and cannot send/receive e-mail! Rang technical numerous times and each time gave up after waiting at least 15 minutes at my telephone expense with no rreply to the phone. Sent message from cell and only get reference no. Asked them to ring me urgently but no response. Salesand Canal Walk unhelpful. Taped music while waiting is certainly not conducive to one's BP while holding for no response. Can't customers be advised by cell or MWeb follow SARS example where you leave number and they return call within hour? Fed up - any other ISP out there that can offer a service? Seems time to change ISP.
