No internet connection

You are very unprofessional and *********. I have 3 days with no internet connection. I tried calling and I’m sent a message on the app to not bother to call as that adds on unnecessary work. I tweet still no help. It’s not the first time this happens with no communication whatsoever. And frankly your service is ****. Fix my ****en internet I’m working from home for gods sake 🙄
