No internet connection

I tried contacting you Mweb so that I can get assisted with my internet connection, its been more 10 hours without connectivity. I sent you a message on twitter and I tried to contact your call center, all one hears is hold music and that you are number 9 but yet no consultant is available to assist I need to contact me asap because this is not on. I am certainly not happy
