No internet

Mweb and Vumatel are ridiculous no internet for 7 days + and nobody responds I pay R1500 per month and have no service but when I am 1 day in areas for R3.33 the don’t allow me to log a ticket and Vumatel won’t address unless they have a ticket number I need new service providers please thins is not the first time and no I am now cracking
