No internet access

The fact that Mweb doesn't have a chat help desk frustrate me three days without connection, my business is on standstill. Now I have to find alternative that's costs more , I bought R200 airtime all gone waiting to be assisted. When I try to login "sever error". You call them and have to confirm account with a code which will arrive 5-20 minutes later. The support option is really bad experience you will hold forever & ever until you run out of airtime. Second time encountering problems but I am fed up because it's hard to get hold of support.
